ELCOM Preventative Maintenance plans to cover all types of protection systems including intrusion alarms, CCTV systems, door phones, access control systems, solar systems, and integrated solutions; all customized to your needs. Please sign up AMC from the Service Plans to make sure all required systems function trouble-free and has a long life.

Main tasks covered during PMS 

• Visual inspection of devices
• Walk-test of system components
• Cleaning of devices as needed
• Verification of the communication link
• System training to customer
• Programming back-up and software patch/firmware updates. (as available)
• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual inspection options available
• Under ELCOM AMC Service Plan, 3 PMS are included. 
• Access to technical support through our Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
